Lulu Carter
Trained at the Inchbald School
of Design in London, and then worked for George Spencer Designs
before launching her company.
"I specialise in domestic
interiors working closely with the customer to ensure a very
personal feel into each project.
I take great pains to ensure
that the customer is kept informed at all times of changes to
initial specification and have, over the years worked on numerous
large new build projects, while also thoroughly enjoying the
challenges of smaller projects ,ie simply re covering furniture or re
designing one room . I was a founder member of the International
Interior Designers Association in the UK
which encourages closer ties with the USA market, and then a member
of British Interior Designers Association .
My work
takes me the length and breadth of the UK . I have recently launched
a new company Lulu Carter Take 2 selling home office furniture and
lighting from my web site ;

I have a
huge showroom showcasing furniture lighting and accessories sourced
from my overseas buying trips. This
ranges
from contemporary to traditional- with chic and inexpensive
lighting, to beautiful kilim rugs and reindeer skin rugs being a
